Our objective is to build a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between the beachfront residential development, the local villages, and the wider community in Pemba through various community-focused initiatives.

We are committed to allowing locals access to our beach and will provide a local restaurant and beach gym for local residents to use.

Sailing and Scuba Diving School

One of our aims is to provide scholarships or reduced-cost training for local youth interested in sailing and scuba diving. Collaborate with local instructors and businesses. Include dinghy sailing, show sailing, windsurfing, and connecting locals with the ocean.

English Classes

Organise regular English language classes for community members at the weekend. Encourage residents to volunteer as instructors or conversation partners. Train local tour guides for English speaking visitors

Business Training Evening

Conduct workshops and seminars on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business management for local entrepreneurs. Offer access to microloans or grants.
